Based in Glasgow city centre, I offer in-person counselling as well as online therapy available nationwide across the UK.
How I Work
I work relationally, which means I pay attention to what happens between us in the room as well as what you share about your life outside of it. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a meaningful space for understanding how you connect with others.
Using transactional analysis, we will explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours—particularly those shaped by earlier experiences. I also work with an awareness of the wider context of your life, recognising how your relationships, environment, and personal history all play a part in shaping your current difficulties.
I have experience supporting clients with trauma and eating disorders, offering a thoughtful, compassionate approach that moves at a pace that feels safe for you.
